These Terms and Conditions govern the conditions of use of the accommodation services and the rights and obligations of guests at Hotel Oceanic. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following provisions.

1.1. Hotel identification: Hotel Oceanic, located at Avenida Borgoño 12925, Viña del Mar, Chile.


1.2. Purpose of the contract: These terms govern the provision of accommodation services at the hotel.

2. Reservation Process

2.1. Reservation Methods: Reservations can be made through the official website, email, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.


2.2. Reservation Confirmation: The reservation will be considered confirmed once the advance payment or the requested guarantee has been received.


2.3. Payment Policy: Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking or upon check-in, as stipulated in the hotel's policies.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.


3.2. Required documentation: Guests will be asked to present a valid ID and, if applicable, a credit card as a guarantee.

4. Services Included

4.1. The room rate includes the following basic services:
• Bed and equipment according to the reserved category.
• Air conditioning and cold home service.
• Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
• Daily personalized hygiene.
• Hair dryer, closet, cable TV, temperature regulator, and emergency blankets.
• Private bathroom with bidet, bathrobes and amenities.
• Free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.

5. Cancellation and Reservation Modification Policies

5.1. Free cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to [number] hours before check-in.

7. Guest Responsibility

7.1. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities during their stay.


7.2. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables if they are not kept in the safe provided in the room.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. In the event of force majeure, the hotel may modify or suspend reservations without liability to either party.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or power outages.
